Adding/Removing additional users

Add or remove users in your Data Bing account

Roles & Permissions:

Each account has the following roles and permissions:

  • Super Admin

  • User



Total Users:

We allow for up to 5 total users for one Data Bing account. Every account is owned by the super admin (the primary account/email) used during the onboarding process. Once the account is set up and the super admin has successfully logged into our application, they will be able to add up to 4 additional users.


If your account needs more than 5 total users, please contact support.


Other things to note:
  • You can edit your account users roles & permissions by click on the table row.

  • Only super admin's can make changes to the account users.

  • You cannot delete your own user record nor the person who created the account.

  • You cannot edit the name or email once you have submitted the new account user. The user will be able to edit their personal information and will be pointed back to this account.

  • By default, each account is limited to 5 total users (including the creator). If you would like to increase the max users limit, please contact support.

  • When adding a new account user, they will need to verify the email they received within 30 minutes. If the window has passed you will be able to trigger another email by clicking the respective user's table row.
