How to use the lead management component
Data Bing provides a powerful table to help capitalize on your new leads and sales process
Data Bing's lead management tool is a powerful sales management tool utilized by our users to track their inbound & offline leads. Once the integration has been set up, you will be able to automatically pull in new leads in real time.
Lifecycles
There are 4 main lifecycles to categorize a lead:
Received (new lead & not been responded to)
In-Progress (currently being worked on)
Aborted (No longer pursuing)
Closed (Contract won or revenue received)
Note: Adding a new lifecycle is not supported at this time
Quick Filters
There are 5 quick filters (boxes) and 2 dropdown filters available out of the box. If you click on any of the following boxes, they will automatically render the data in your table to match the appropriate filters.

Additional Filters & Column Sorting
The vast majority of the table can be filtered with custom filters. To view the filters, click on the "Show/Hide Filters" button in the top right corner of the table. Once clicked, you will see search inputs expand under each column header. Depending on the field type of the column, your search possibilities will vary. Check out the video of how the filters vary based on the filter mode selected.
Toggle Full Screen
Users can expand the table into full screen mode by clicking on the "Toggle Full Screen" button in the top left corner of the table so that they can utilize the full viewport width and screen to work out of. We recommend using this mode to avoid any unnecessary scroll behaviors. Check out the video to learn how to toggle full screen.
Toggle Density
Users can expand the table into full screen mode so that they can utilize the full viewport width and screen to work out of. We recommend using this mode to avoid any unnecessary scroll behaviors. See the image below on how to toggle your leads management display density.
