Refreshing data for real time leads
Refreshing your leads in the lead management component
The leads management component will automatically refresh your leads every time you open the leads management component.
Ways to refresh the table data
You can manually refresh your leads by the following:

Clicking into the leads management component from a different page
Changing the form filter (if more than 1 forms are connected)
Refreshing your browser
Concurrent Editing (Working with teams)
The leads management component will save data based on recent save-based actions. For this reason, the table will not update in real time unless there is a recent save that has been triggered. In order to avoid working over each other's work, be sure to use the refresh mode often if you know someone else is using the tool simultaneously. The quickest way is to use the refresh button on the top of the table.
Tip: Use the owner field to assign leads to team members. That way your team is only working on the leads that they need to be working on. This will avoid instances where one team member writes over another team members data changes.
